Breakfast was excellent and location was fine.
We got stuck with room 5. It wasn't enough room. Later in the week when we had room 106, it was excellent.

The location was brilliant, so close to Edinburgh has to offer, buses and transportation and museums and attractions, such as the old town and Waverly train station. The breakfast was exceptionally good and tasty with tea & coffee, pastries to choose from. The management was very enthusiastic, as well as the staff.

Good choice of food. Well cooked. Good location. Loved the funny edgy feel.of the art. Grateful for early check in
Breakfast too crowded to feel safe. Coffee machine too complex and therefore slow creating unreasonable lineups

The food for breakfast was brilliant, fruit, pastries, toast, eggs and bacon. The location was unbeatable and stunning for walking around The Real Mary King's Close. What's more, it was just off public transport and bars, restourants and t and Edinburgh.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, great location...
The air conditioning of the rooms - it draws through the windows and the bathroom exhaust. In the summer maybe quite pleasant but it was really cold in our house. Toilet brush would be nice.

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds, quiet, central, many restaurants nearby, only a few steps into the old town, breakfast without frills but more than enough, at the bar four good beers at the tap, free coffee all day
I can't say anything negative
